Privacy, without hidden surprises.
This notice covers information submitted through the Mezz AI website, audit form, or direct audit conversation. It is a practical launch notice and must be updated with the registered legal identity and contact address before paid service begins.
What is collected
Name, business, role, website or social link, contact details, preferred language, process description, desired result, frequency, current tools, business impact, urgency, budget band, consent, and source/campaign information.
Why it is used
To answer the enquiry, assess whether a free audit is suitable, prepare a requested proposal, deliver an agreed service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. An audit request does not subscribe you to marketing.
What must not be submitted
Passwords, API keys, payment-card data, identity documents, health data, student records, payroll records, confidential client files, or other sensitive operational data.
Providers and ownership
Cloudflare may serve the website. Tally and Notion may process form submissions after those integrations are activated. Client production accounts should remain client-owned wherever possible. Provider policies apply independently.
Retention and requests
Unqualified enquiry data is deleted after 90 days unless a later follow-up is requested. Contract, payment, and delivery records may be kept as required by law. Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Mezz AI through the linked Instagram profile.
